Any Law FIrm/Company been overpromised by Metalinks?

My large legal firm recently signed on with Metalincs with a vigorous guarantee that their product would save time, money and labor...Not true. I've talked with other legal reps at Microsoft and they agree, although they highly report success on e-discovery intelligence by a company called Clearwell, which they use at a high capacity. Anyone else been oversold on Metalincs?
